As long as your child is at least one year in age or has a tooth that has emerged, it makes sense to bring him or her to our office for an exam. Even if there is nothing wrong with your child’s dental health, we might help end the harmful habit of thumb sucking or other harmful habits.

We also provide dental cleaning and exams for tweens and teens. Our office applies fluoride and dental sealants to safeguard the teeth against decay. Our dentist embraces the opportunity to discuss the proper oral health care components of brushing and flossing at least two times per day. We perform in-depth cleanings with the use of specialized dental instruments that clean tartar and plaque off of the teeth and gums. This deep cleaning simply cannot be accomplished with a toothbrush and floss used at home. We also take x-rays of the mouth to determine if any cavities are developing between the teeth.
