Dr. Edward Perdue DDS is happy to provide special needs dentistry services. If you have a loved one with special needs, he or she will feel perfectly comfortable at our practice. We go to great lengths to ensure patients with special needs are comfortable and confident while receiving dental treatments and procedures at our office. We are patient, welcoming, caring and gentle with all special needs patients. While some other local dentists refuse to treat patients who have special needs, we embrace this challenge as we understand the importance of high-quality dental services provided in a caring manner for those wide a wide array of special needs.

Whether your loved one has Alzheimer’s disease, autism, Down syndrome or another condition that makes dental procedures challenging, lean on our team for assistance and you will find treatments and procedures go surprisingly smoothly. In fact, we even go as far as tailoring certain treatments and procedures to the specific needs of each special needs patient. If necessary, we will meet with you ahead of time to learn about your loved one’s special needs challenges, setting the stage to provide truly customized treatment. If necessary, we will consider sedation dentistry to ensure your special needs relative is calm and comfortable during dental treatments and/or procedures.
